What comes in the box?
Bochy's Box is a subscription box curated with gifts and goods provided by brands who are aligned with our mission, combined with products hand-made by survivors from Sex Trafficking.
What is the return and refund policy?
Bochy's Box does not accept returns and all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges of Quarterly Boxes, One-Time Boxes, Best Of Boxes, Add-Ons, Shop orders, or Edit/Themed Sale orders. Any returns made to Bochy's Box will not be eligible for a refund.
When will my box be shipped out?
Bochy's Box is a seasonal subscription box and is shipped out once a quarter. Your box will ship every three months from the day you subscribed.
What is the 2022 shipping cycle?
Bochy's Box ships every season of each year. In 2022, the Winter box will start shipping in January, the Spring Box will start shipping in March, The Summer Box will start shipping in June and the Fall Box will start shipping in September.
How often will I be charged for my Quarterly Subscription?
With a Quarterly Subscription, you will be charged every three months from the day you sign up. To change your renewal date, email info@bochysbox.com
What is the cancelation policy?
To cancel, log into your Bochy's Box account and visit this link. There are no cancellation fees. Canceling your account does not provide you a refund for any paid boxes, nor does it stop a pending charge. Your cancellation will go into effect for the following billing cycle. You will receive a confirmation email after you have canceled.
If you would like to cancel your subscription, you must do so before your next renewal date or you will continue to be billed for the following Quarterly Box.
Annual Membership cancellation requests will go into effect at the end of the annual term. Annual Memberships pre-pay for 4 boxes and are non-refundable.
What happens if my card gets declined?
Your order will be placed on hold until your information is updated. We will attempt to recharge your card at a later date. Please note, your order will be shipped out with a delay.
What if my address is wrong/ is not updated?
Once your order is billed, we are unable to update the shipping address. If your order is currently shipping to the wrong address please contact the carrier for assistance. They might be able to reroute your order.
